The WOMENWISE Mission
bridging therapy and style to restore hope, dignity, and confidence for women in need.

The WISE Program is a trauma-informed therapeutic program for women affected by domestic violence, sexual violence, and economic hardship. It combines licensed counseling, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and fashion styling to support healing, self-worth, and personal empowerment. By integrating clinicial care with experiental services, our program promotes resilience and recovery in a safe, supportive environment.
Program Access Without Barriers
WISE exists to ensure that women who have experienced hardship, trauma, and systemic barriers can access meaningful, life-changing services. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, WISE provides therapeutic guidance, and confidence-building support funded through donors, community partnerships, and grant support.
Our work is grounded in more than twenty years of trauma counseling. Throughout this time, we have walked alongside women navigating poverty, domestic violence, disrupted education, and life circumstances that have made stability and self-worth difficult to sustain. We recognized that many women were not lacking motivation or resilience—they were lacking access to safe, supportive, and empowering resources. WISE was created to close that gap.
WISE leadership brings both professional expertise and lived understanding to this work. We recognize the weight of survival, the complexity of rebuilding a life after trauma, and the courage required to imagine new possibilities when resources are limited. Advocacy for women—particularly those who have been underserved or overlooked—is central to our mission.
The WISE program is designed to support women as they move from survival toward stability, from self-doubt toward confidence, and from isolation toward connection and purpose. Participants do not need to have clarity or confidence to begin—only readiness to take a next step.
Because of our nonprofit mission, financial cost is never a barrier to participation. WISE is committed to providing equitable access to services that promote healing, empowerment, and long-term stability.
